So you've seen something you like on our website, but how do you add it to your cart, apply coupons and complete payments? This guide will give you all the details you need in quick easy steps.
Let's add some games to our cart
In the example, we found a game that we'd like to buy.
To buy the game, select add to cart.
A window will appear (on the right) to show you what's currently in your cart as well as the total amount.
In this window, you'll see all the items in your cart.
Every time you add a game or item, this window appears to confirm that the item is now in your cart with your other items.
Done shopping? Press the "view cart" option at the bottom.
Apply Coupon Code
At MobiTraderSA, we offer various Coupon codes for game discounts and much more. These codes are available on our Facebook page.
In the cart, scroll down to the bottom of your items and find the "Enter a Coupon Code" as shown by the green arrow (on the left).
The Coupon code (if applicable) will affect the total of you cart. For example, we've chosen five PS3 games and entered the "MobiPS3" code to receive the cheapest of 5 games for free.
The cheapest game is R99, which is why we receive a discount of R99.
Confirm the coupon is applied (Green Arrow).
Checkout and Fill in Your Details
Once the coupon is applied, press checkout and move to the next page.
Here, we need your details, not only for delivery, but to get in contact with you.
Fill in the form and ensure everything is accurate for quick and easy service.
Once it's complete, press "Continue" and move to Delivery Methods.
Our delivery methods are available for everywhere in South Africa.
We can either deliver to you, use Postnet or even Courier Guy. Of course, you're also welcome to collect from us in Centurion.
Once you choose a deliver method, your total will update accordingly.
Click Continue to move onto the payment page.
Complete the Order with Payments
On the Payment page, you'll find we use YOCO. This method allows both VISA and MasterCard debit and credit cards.
It's a safe South African payment method, which ensures all your details are secured by SSL encryption technology.
Simply select if your billing address is the same as the shipping address and press continue to process the payment.
On the next page, you'll see the Yoco payment page. This will already have your total in the "Amount Due" and simply require your card details.
On the front of your card is the 16-digit card number. Just below that number would be the expiry month and year.
On the back of your card, you'll see the CVC number, which is the last 3 digits.
Fill in the details and press Pay. This takes only a few seconds and the payment will be complete.
You'll receive an email from MobiTraderSA to confirm your order and follow up emails with tracking details or letting you know your package is ready for collection.
